The Guest Safety Services Attendant works nights and weekends on the front desk and performs routine security duties. This is an On Call job. The Guest Safety Attendant is a flexible worker who performs routine safety inspections of the property. Their work schedule is very flexible but typically they work weekends, and during the week evenings and late night. They are on-call overnights if/when needed.

Their job duties include:

  • Respond to guest service calls
  • Check-in guests
  • Provide guest services like making keys and exchanging towels
  • Routinely walk the property and parking lot as security presence
  • Direct guests in the event of emergency evacuation of hotel

These employees need to have composure to deal with stressful situations, maturity to respond to emergency events, and customer focus to deliver a superior guest experience. A well trained and effective employee welcomes the opportunity to be of service to the guest.

Night Guest Services Representatives are provided a rent free studio, free utilities, free local phone, and internet. While on call they are not paid and are free to do what they wish but must carry a portable phone, pager, cell phone, so guests can reach them quickly.
